Our Accelerate School Leaver Programme is a great opportunity to join a structured development plan and springboard your career within The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).

The Accelerate Learning Journey takes you from induction through to a series of planned activities spread across 2 years. You will also study for an appropriate professional qualification as part of your development.

After completing the Programme, you will have the opportunity to apply to a full time role such as a Business Manager, Relationship Management Support or a Change Analyst depending on the business area.

You'll need to have a total of 240 UCAS points - can be predicted but any offer would be subject to achieving this and if you have some relevant work experience such as customer service, this would be an advantage too. You’ll be a highly articulate, all-round communicator; you’ll also need to demonstrate an interest in the financial sector.
